This site is NOT a listing of random BJJ videos and techniques.  It is a step by step instructional website that will walk you through learning and improving your grappling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lesson by lesson. This website will be of great value to you whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or even an advanced BJJ or submission grappler.
